My name is Angela. I am a performer, fitness professional, and mystic. My area of interest lies in the intersections between movement and magic. Whether we’re talking about the break throughs a person experiences in a yoga class, the laughter I extract through my contortion performance, or in guiding you through energy work, my love is to connect to Body as a form of devotion.
Utah is my home but I currently reside in the south side of Indianapolis with my husband and two children. I have a background in fitness and yoga but have actively trained contortion since 2017 and combine elements of dance, capoeira, and hand balance into my routines.
