BY SCHEDULING WITH ANGIE, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I HAVE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES AND take responsibility over my time and respect angie’s time as well. I understand that I must reschedule or cancel before the 24 hour window of my session so to not face penalty charges.

I UNDERSTAND THAT MY SESSIONS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL COUNSEL OR THERAPY. I AM RESPONSIBLE OVER MY DECISIONS, MY BODY, AND MY OUTCOME. I recognize that a divination or journeying session does not predict or shape the future but can provide clarity and explore the unconscious.

I understand that in scheduling a session with Angie, that I must have read, signed, and returned the liability waiver that states that I am responsible for my body and the risks that I undertake in practicing flexibility, handstands, breathwork, or any other embodiment session. I acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical care, advice, or physical therapy and have spoken with my primary care physician to know that this offering is right for me.
